Welcome to munchthis.com, operated by Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. ("Munch," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Our Products
Munch sells functional soft dental chews for dogs. Our products are formulated and tested in Singapore and manufactured by PetOne Co., Ltd. in South Korea under ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and SQF certifications.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
3. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before order processing. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Authorised Sale and Resale
Munch products are intended for sale exclusively through munchthis.com and through retailers explicitly authorised by Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. ("Authorised Retailers"). A current list of Authorised Retailers, where applicable, is available upon request at hello@munchthis.com.
Repackaging, relabelling, splitting of original packaging for individual or bulk resale, or removal or alteration of manufacturing and expiry date markings is strictly prohibited. Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any party engaging in such conduct.
Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, freshness, traceability, or authenticity of any product purchased from a source other than munchthis.com or an Authorised Retailer, and disclaims all liability arising from the purchase or use of such products. This includes products sold without their original box, with missing or altered manufacturing/expiry dates, or sold in loose or repackaged form.
Consumers are strongly encouraged to verify the manufacturing and expiry dates printed on original packaging at the time of purchase, and to purchase only from munchthis.com or an Authorised Retailer to ensure product freshness, safety, and eligibility for any guarantee, return, or refund under our Refund Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on The Munch Promise (our 30-day guarantee for first-time customers) and our Standard Return Policy. Eligibility for any refund or return is conditional on the product having been purchased from munchthis.com or an Authorised Retailer, as set out in Section 6.
9. Pet Health Disclaimer
Munch products are designed to support canine dental and general wellness as part of a balanced routine. They are not a substitute for veterinary care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Supervision During Use
Always supervise your dog while they are chewing Munch products, as you would with any chew or treat. Discontinue use and remove the product if your dog attempts to swallow large pieces rather than chew them, or shows any signs of difficulty.
Pre-Existing Conditions
If your dog has, or has previously had, any of the following, please consult your veterinarian before introducing Munch:
- Existing dental disease, broken or weakened teeth, or recent dental/oral surgery
- A history of choking, aggressive gulping, or swallowing items without chewing
- Digestive sensitivities, pancreatitis, or gastrointestinal conditions
- Known food allergies or sensitivities to any listed ingredient
This is especially relevant for our Cultured Yogurt (Digestive Wellness) variant, which contains live Lactobacillus rhamnosus cultures. Dogs with sensitive digestive systems should be introduced gradually, as outlined in our FAQ.
Sizing and Feeding Guidance
Our feeding guide (based on dog weight) is general guidance only and does not account for your dog's individual chewing behaviour, jaw structure, age, or health status. It is the pet owner's responsibility to assess whether the product size and texture are appropriate for their dog, and to adjust or discontinue use accordingly.
Adverse Reactions
Discontinue use immediately and consult your veterinarian if your dog shows any signs of an adverse reaction, including but not limited to vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy, or difficulty breathing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any injury, illness, choking incident, or adverse health outcome resulting from misuse, inappropriate sizing, lack of supervision, or failure to consult a veterinarian where a pre-existing condition was known to the owner. By purchasing and using Munch products, you acknowledge and accept these risks and responsibilities.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Munch and Aurevion™ trademarks, is the property of Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. and may not be used without our written permission.
11. General Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
