THE MUNCH PROMISE — 30-DAY GUARANTEE
We want every dog to love Munch. That's why we back your first order with The Munch Promise: try it risk-free for 30 days.
Eligibility
The Munch Promise, and all refund and return rights under this policy, apply exclusively to products purchased directly from munchthis.com or from a retailer explicitly authorised by Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. ("Authorised Retailers"). Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. does not warrant, guarantee, or accept returns for products purchased through unauthorised resellers, third-party marketplaces, secondhand sources, or any seller not listed as an Authorised Retailer, regardless of apparent authenticity.
How It Works (First-Time Customers)
If this is your first order with Munch and your dog doesn't take to a flavour, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date at hello@munchthis.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll issue a full refund for one (1) opened box per flavour purchased on your first order — no return shipping required. To process your refund, a sales transaction ID / visual proof of the original box, including the printed manufacturing and expiry date, must be provided as proof of purchase authenticity and product traceability. You're welcome to keep, share, or dispose of the product.
This guarantee applies once per household, on your first order only, and covers one box per distinct flavour. If you purchased multiple boxes of the same flavour, the guarantee covers one of those boxes; additional boxes of the same flavour follow our Standard Return Policy below.
Standard Return Policy (Repeat Orders, Subscriptions, and Additional Boxes)
For all orders beyond the scope of The Munch Promise — including repeat purchases, subscription renewals, and additional boxes beyond the first box per flavour — the following applies:
- Contact us at hello@munchthis.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Returned product must be in its original retail box, with the manufacturing and expiry date intact and legible, and substantially unused with at least half the box remaining, in resaleable condition.
- Products without their original box, or with the manufacturing/expiry date removed, defaced, or illegible, are not eligible for refund or return under this policy.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, subject to your bank or card provider's processing times.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@munchthis.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
Expired Product
Munch Collective Pte. Ltd. is not liable for product that has passed its printed expiry date at the time of sale by an unauthorised reseller, or for product stored, repackaged, or sold outside of its original sealed packaging by any party other than Munch Collective Pte Ltd or an Authorised Retailer. We strongly encourage customers to check the manufacturing and expiry dates printed on the base of every box prior to purchase and use, and to purchase only from munchthis.com or an Authorised Retailer to ensure product freshness and traceability.
Subscription Cancellations (available when subscription plans are offered)
If you're on a subscription plan, you may cancel or adjust your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle by contacting us or managing your subscription through your account.
Fair Use
The Munch Promise is intended to let new customers try Munch with confidence. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show a pattern of repeated claims inconsistent with genuine first-time use, or that appear to misuse this guarantee, or that involve product purchased from an unauthorised reseller.
