Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across Singapore. No minimum order value required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once it leaves our fulfillment partner.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location within Singapore.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@munchthis.com.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all addresses within Singapore. International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to expand in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to courier circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at hello@munchthis.com and we'll investigate right away.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help resolve the issue if you contact us promptly.
